Sometimes I feel like a birthday celebration lasts for many days, not only on their birthday. We weren't able to go out to eat as a family on Karlee's big day, so we ended up going out for FHE. One of our favorites is Razzoo's. The ribs are the best of any we have tried. Dirty rice and stuffed shrimp are also one of our favs.

Carson is finishing up on our yummy "mudslide" dessert.

Saturday Karlee had a party at the house. We were afraid that it would rain and we would have to make alternate plans. I'm so glad the sun started to show itself. All the kids had fun.

All the kids made their own pizza for dinner. Kat mentioned that she didn't like pizza. When it was finished and everyone was eating, she commented on how good it tasted. Maybe she'll have to make her own more often.

If you can't tell in the picture, Karlee got a Twilight board game. Very exciting!!

All in all, it was a success! Now on to the next birthday...less than a week away.
